Tip #1: Pay attention to your personal hygiene

Now, I know personal hygiene seems a bit boring.

No one likes to be reminded to wash their hands or cover their coughs.

But what I’ve found is that being aware of my personal hygiene is really half the battle.

When I’m aware of things like what I’ve touched and the last time I’ve washed my hands, my personal hygiene is less likely to feel like a chore.

Make sure to avoid touching your face, eyes, mouth, and nose too frequently to avoid infections.

I actually just started carrying a small bottle of hand sanitizer with me to make sure I can keep my hands clean at all times.

Tip #2: Reduce stress levels

Raise your hand if you’ve felt stressed out in the last week…

If you’re human, chances are at some point in the last week you’ve felt a little on edge or uneasy.

And that’s ok… it’s normal.

But there are ways you can combat stress which will reduce your cortisol levels.

If you haven’t tried it yet, meditation can be a great way to kick stress to the curb.

I use this Muse headset and try to meditate daily, even if it’s just for a quick 5 minutes.

You have an extra 5 minutes in your day, don’t ya?

If you don’t wanna use a headset, try free meditation apps like Calm or Headspace.

Another proven way to reduce stress is to get a good nights sleep.

A good recommendation is to get 8 hours of sleep per night, but understand that everyone’s body is different.

So it’s important to know what works best for you.

The main key here is to be consistent with your sleep schedule.

Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each night, even on the weekends.

Your body will thank you!

Tip #3 is to make nutrition a priority.

Now, I’m not someone who really believes in diets.

As I said earlier, everyone’s body is different and needs to be treated with care.

But, there are certain foods and supplements that to me are a no brainer in any diet.

For example, I recently started using more ginger in my diet as it’s a great anti-inflammatory.

I drink ginger tea every night and take 1 capsule of our Tranquility Turmeric & Ginger supplement twice daily.

I also try to eat lots of foods rich in vitamins, like oranges which are a great source of vitamin C or avocados which are high in vitamin E.

At the end of the day, supplements are a great alternative to getting necessary vitamins if you’re a picky eater or have certain food restrictions.

    钓竿一般由玻璃纖維或碳纖維轻而有力的竿状物质製成,钓竿和鱼饵用丝线联接。一般的鱼饵可以是蚯蚓、米饭、蝦子、菜叶、苍蝇、蛆等,现代有专门制作好(多数由自己配置的半成品)的粉製鱼饵出售。鱼饵挂在鱼鉤上,不同的對象鱼有不同的釣組配置。在周围水面撒一些誘餌通常会有較好的集魚效果。
